Don't Be Afraid To Praise People

I had a very caring service at the hair dresser the other day. There is a young trainee in that shop. Her name is Sue. In that shop there are many trainees. Some were chatting amongst themselves. I didn’t speak much under the modern (pop) music. I just looked around soaking up that environment. Sue just did what she had to do. But she mentioned what she would do in the next step, so I didn’t need to worry how long she would leave me.

The last time, the other girl left me for quite a while after the timer went off. I thought “She maybe forgot about me” because she is doing tow clients at the same time. But Sue’s simple but caring words made me relax. After Sue completed coloring my hair another girl cut my hair. It was obvious; she was tired and didn’t want to work, so her attitude was rough with a happy face through to the end. So I mentioned to the shop manager Sue’s customer service was very caring and good. The manager thanked me for telling her.

It’s good to support the young one’s daily job. If we praise young one’s customer service, we motivate their future towards to their goal. We can educate young people in a positive way rather than cpmpaining.
